Consists of a tour of your home to get a sense of your design style, how the spaces function for you and your family, and an understanding of the project. Recommendations are given at the time of the appointment as well as in a follow-up email. The overall plan will include paint color selections and general room-by-room recommendations.

When spaces warrant visual clarification of the layout, we can provide to-scale floor plans and/or elevations.

For projects including multiple spaces or extensive remodeling we will provide a Project Design Guide, a pdf document that consists of to-scale floor plans detailed with our curated selections of furnishings, finishing touches and window treatment designs. A full walk through of the guide as well as fabric samples and furniture to sit on will take place in our Design Shop. You will receive a digital copy of the presentation as well as preliminary pricing. This fee includes one set of revisions.

After an Initial Project Consultation, time spent on your project is subject to a Consultation Fee. As work continue on the project, the hourly rate will apply to email and text correspondence where consultation services are provided and are billed at 15 minute increments.
