Forest Springs

This Forest Springs residence had lots of curb appeal and a good open concept floor plan; however, it was what you could expect to find in any relatively new subdivision – a builder’s spec house. Once we updated the finishes (and renovated the Master Bath), this house become a custom home that the previous owners would be hard pressed to recognize.
